What makes an excellent logotype?
Designing a good logotype
is one of the most challenging tasks for any professional
designer.
To summarize any corporation or product's spirit
in a few strokes requires more than skill and
artist perception.
It requires many hours of research and study,
as well as technique and experience.
The logotype must be unique,
aesthetically agreeable, equilibrated and beautiful.
It must communicate with accuracy the targeted
qualities and differentials.
It must attract, seduce and fascinate.
It must be simple and precise.
Excessive details or a too intricate design might
not only distract from the product, it could also
make reproduction and design application difficult
and more costly.
A good logotype must also
be able to be easily reproduced on many different
kinds of surfaces like paper, plastic, glass,
embroidery, embossed leather, and molten metal,
among other endless possibilities. The design
must be able to be kept clean and attractive,
both in full color, as well as in black and white,
and must be able to be read, along with having
all of its elements recognizable when it is greatly
reduced.

to listen, slow to speak
and slow to become angry,
for man's anger does not bring
about the righteous life
that God desires."

Canadian English Centre
- Web Site
Located in Curitiba, Paraná,
Brazil, the Canadian English Centre offers several different
English language programs, ranging from basic to extension
courses, in well-equipped and air-conditioned premises,
all part of a pleasant and relaxed environment.
The owner, Mr. Ray von Schmalz, developed
his own method based on the most natural techniques
to learn a language.
Praised and appreciated internationally, his method
focuses on the stimulus of the student's audio memory
leading him to think in English, which is undeniably
the only way to fluency.
The students of the Canadian English
Centre are constantly motivated to face the challenges
required by the method and its always amiable and competent
creator. As evidenced by the name of the school, the
country and culture of Canada have a discernable role
in the learning process of the students.
Based on this profile, the site also
sought to be singular and different from all the other
English schools, having an elegant and clean layout,
easy to use and full of elements that remind the viewer
of Canada.
